Manufacture of the Homogenizers / Dispersers / High Speed Mixers / Dissolvers
The homogenizer mixer mixes the various liquid and solid raw materials put into it by means of special mixer blades. At the same time, heating and cooling is done with a jacket or serpentine placed on the outer body when needed. The main accessory of homogenizer manufacturing is a high speed turbine type mixer. It includes a low speed floor and side surface scraper if required. The scraper blades not only ensure that the product adhering to the inner surface of the tank is added to the mixture again, but also supports the mixing process by directing the product that goes to the sides as a result of high-speed mixing to the mixing zone again. The design of the scraper is effective in quickly emptying the tank so that no sediment remains. In addition, this design also contributes to the excellent heat exchange from the tank surface. With the help of the shear force created by the turbine type disc, the product is mixed, wetted and homogeneous is achieved.
Dissolversmay be manufactured by stainless AISI 316/Aısı 304 grade materials, and Blenders may be manufactured by Carbon Steelmaterial.
